Notepad++ is a free source code editor and Notepad replacement that supports several languages. Running in the MS Windows environment, its use is governed by GPL License.

Apache Open Office is a free alternative for Office productivity tools and provides an open-source office productivity software suite containing word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, graphics, formula editor, and database management applications.
